I take a lot of pictures all the time of my horses..., the camera is never far away....
And i have a great camera... :o)
But lately the color has not been the best.., and specially the brown-colored horses have looked darker then they really are...;-/
So i started to push some buttons on my camera, and then i realised my camera was set on artificial light..., not the best for outdoor pictures..;-)
So i swiched over, and went out to take some new pictures.., and Yes!! Success...(",)
The colors are now correct, and here are some new photoes of Alfers Armani of Tarkaz...

Then Jaylin came for a visit...(",).. For being covered by Picasso of course...
Picasso was really excited about a new "woman"..!!:o)
But Jaylin was not ready jet.., so Picasso just has to wait for a couple of days...
But he is the perfect gentleman, and treated Jaylin like the lady she is....

Alfers Armani of Tarkaz

Just a few new photos of our little boy...., at least one of them...
Armani is now 14 days old, and i must admit that he is my favourite...
I love his looks with his beautiful color, short and nicely build body, and most of all his lovely temper...
Everyday when we go out to the field, he always comes against us and loves to cuddle and play...

A new "Man" is born..(",)

Here is the latest member of our tribe..., still no name for this little fellow...
I came out to feed the horses yesterday morning, and there he was, born just a couple of minutes ago...
The first thing i saw was another black foal..., there are quite a few of them this year... And then i saw the proof of him being a stallion..;o), the third one for us this year...
But then as he was drying up, i realised that he was not black.., but brown.., with two black frontlegs, and two white hindlegs... And he is the sweetest litte one, and i am very pleased with him...
We don't have a brown stallion yet, not of this color anyway.., and with his sires heavy body and his dams manes and feathers, we hope this one will grow up to being a fabolous stallion one day...:o)

FINALLY!!!!!!!

Litle Alfers Romeo is born!!!:o)
Twoflicker was due to have her foal the 18. of April, and we have been waiting and waiting...., and waiting!!!
And last night at 23.50 this little sweetheart was born!!
It is of course a colt, a charmer and therefor his name is Romeo!!(",)
His father is Rowan uit de Hof van Ede, and this is the first foal from Rowan that is tri(two)-color..., which makes me think that his mum, Twoflicker might be a homozygot...??!?
We will have her tested...
His grandfather is Pablo van de Bonte Parels, so this little fellow has really got a great pedigree...
